Beginning Feb. 1, 2022, Information Technology Services will be changing the configuration for third-party email services. Those services that are not reported to IT, will likely be filtered as spam. Such services include Mailchimp, Sendgrid, Symplicity, GradesFirst, ARMS Software and Innovative III.
For those who use a third-party email service or application that sends email as “uakron.edu,” please contact dmccumber@uakron.edu to report the service at your earliest opportunity.
